Description
Amine-PEG-CH2COOH is a bifunctional PEGylation reagent. The amine group is reactive with activated NHS esters. The carboxylic acid reacts with primary amines in the presence of activator, such as EDC or HATU, to form a stable amide bond. This product is highly water soluble and is also soluble in most organic solvents.
