Properties
Description
Aminooxy-PEG4-azide is a heterobifunctional crosslinker that features both an aminooxy group and an azide group. The aminooxy moiety can be utilized in bioconjugation, reacting with aldehydes to form oxime bonds. When a reductant is present, it will create hydroxylamine linkages instead. The azide group can engage in reactions with alkynes, BCN, or DBCO through click chemistry, resulting in stable triazole linkages.
