Sugar molecules play important roles in many biological processes such as cell signaling, inflammatory responses, and pathogen recognition. CD BioGlyco uses Click Chemistry Technology to combine sugar groups with peptide segments to synthesize glycopeptide complexes with modulated biological activity to support clients' different research needs.
Glycopeptides have the characteristics of both sugar and peptide modules and interact with both sugar receptors and peptide receptors, which makes them ideal tools for designing highly selective and specific recognition ligands for the study of glycoproteins, and other biomolecules. Based on different click chemistry technologies, CD BioGlyco provides mature glycopeptide synthesis services by selecting appropriate reaction conditions and click chemistry methods. We have the technology and facilities to synthesize complex glycopeptide molecules and design and synthesize specific glycopeptide structures according to client needs.
We use click chemistry technology to provide glycopeptide modification services. By using click reactions to introduce different functional groups, such as fluorescent dyes, tags, or other bioactive molecules, to give glycopeptides new properties and functions.
We utilize click chemistry technologies to develop tools and methods for glycopeptide screening and analysis. For example, we utilize click reaction design to develop fluorescent probes to detect specific glycopeptide structures; We used click chemistry Labeling Technology to label glycopeptides for quantitative analysis. Moreover, glycopeptides are used as components of targeted Drug Delivery systems, we combine glycopeptides with drugs or nanoparticles through click reactions to achieve efficient drug delivery targeting specific cells or tissues.

Results: The authors prepared S-glucosyl glutathione through the light-induced TEC reaction and separated the target S-glycopeptide through chromatography, with a yield of 97%. The authors demonstrated that this clicking process was performed under very mild conditions and required a small amount of energy, which opened the way for future applications, especially in bioconjugation.
