Properties
Description
Fmoc-N-amido-PEG-CH2COOH is a Fmoc-protected PEGylation reagent containing a carboxylic acid terminus. The carboxylic acid reacts with primary amines in the presence of an activator (e.g., HATU/EDC) to form an amide bond. The Fmoc deprotection results in a terminal amine which can be used for many bioconjugations.
