Description

NH-bis(PEG8-acid) is a reagent grade bifunctional reagent with two carboxylic acids. The secondary amine is used as a nucleophile with aldehydes, ketones, and carboxylic acids. The carboxylic acids are open for coupling with amines and alcohols to form amides and esters respectively. The PEG spacer increases water solubility.
