Description
t-Boc-N-amido-C3-azide-PEG-acid has three reactive functional groups for bioconjugation, designed for copper-catalyzed click chemistry reactions. The carboxylic acid (-COOH) terminal is reacted with amine in the presence of an activator, such as HATU or EDC. The Boc group is deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form the free amine.
