Description
Azido-PEG3-CH2CO2-NHS contains both azide and NHS ester functionalities. The reactive azide (N3) moiety interacts with alkynes, BCN, and DBCO through click chemistry techniques leading to stable triazole linkages. Furthermore, the NHS ester allows for labeling primary amines t-present in proteins as well as amine-modified oligonucleotides and other molecules containing amines.
