Description
Azido-PEG8-CH2CO2-NHS represents a high-purity monodisperse PEG linker containing both an azide moiety and an NHS ester. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases its solubility in aqueous media. The azide (N3) group can react with alkyne compounds like BCN and DBCO through click chemistry processes. Moreover, the NHS ester allows for labeling primary amines t-found in proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other molecules containing amines.
