Description

Boc-amine alkyne-PEG-acid is a reagent grade protected amino polyPEG, designed for copper-catalyzed click chemistry reactions. Deprotection of the polymer is done using HCl or TFA to yield a free amine which is used for coupling with activated NHS ester. The carboxylic acid is reactive with amine in the presence of EDC or HATU via- formation of the amide bond.
