Description

N-DBCO-N-bis(PEG2-amide-PEG4-acid) is a reagent grade precursor of antibody-drug conjugate that contains a DBCO group and two protease-sensitive Val-Cit dipeptides with carboxylic acid groups, designed for copper-free click chemistry reactions. The acid group derivatizes amine-containing molecules in the presence of activators (EDC, HATU, etc).
