Properties
Description
Propargyl-PEG3-CH2CO2H is a reagent grade PEG linker with an alkyne and carboxylic acid set of functional groups. The alkyne group participates in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne click chemistry to form stable triazole linkage. The carboxylic acid reacts with primary amines to form stable amide bonds; an activator (e.g. EDC, or HATU) is needed.
