ACRL-PCL(10k)-PEG(2k)-ALK is a heterobifunctional biodegradable block copolymer containing PCL and PEG blocks. The terminal alkyne reacts with azide moiety in the presence of Cu catalyst or with cyclooctyne, such as DBCO or BCN to form a stable triazole bond.
