Description
Boc-amine alkyne-PEG-OH is a linear trifunctional polyPEG with protected amine, alkyne, and hydroxyl. The alkyne reacts with azide molecule via- copper click chemistry. The boc protecting group can be removed under acidic conidtion using TFA or HCl to produce a free amine for coupling with an NHS ester. The reactive hydroxyl group is used for further modification.
