Boc-amine alkyne-PEG-acid is a click chemistry PEG derivative with a boc-protecting group. The carboxylic acid moiety reacts with primary amine in the presence of an activator (e.g., HATU/EDC) to form an amide bond. The Boc-protecting group produces free amines upon cleavage with TFA.
