Description
PCL(10k)-PEG(1k)-ALK is a diblock amphiphile polymer which forms micelles upon dispersion in water. The polyester PCL is biodegradable via- hydrolysis on the ester bonds. The alkyne moiety reacts with azide molecule to form a stable triazole linkage via- copper click chemistry.
