Description
PCL(10k)-PEG(2k)-ALK consists of hydrophobic core-forming block polycaprolactone (PCL) and hydrophilic shell-forming PEG block. The alkyne group is reactive with azido moiety via- copper-catalyzed click chemistry. The hydrophobic PCL can be hydrolyzed on the ester bonds.
