Properties
Description
PCL(1k)-PEG(2k)-ALK is a biodegradable amphiphilic polymer consists of polycaprolactone (PCL) (hydrophobic block) as core and PEG (hydrophilic block) as shell. The terminal alkyne reacts with azide moiety in the presence of Cu catalyst or with cyclooctyne, such as DBCO or BCN to form a stable triazole bond.
