Description
PCL(1k)-PEG(3k)-ALK is a block copolymer containing a hydrophobic polycaprolactone (PCL) block and a hydrophilic PEG block. The terminal alkyne reacts with azide moiety in the presence of Cu catalyst or with cyclooctyne, such as DBCO or BCN to form a stable triazole bond.
