Description
PCL(2k)-PEG(3k)-ALK is a homofunctional biodegradable amphiphilic polymer with hydrophobic polycaprolactone (PCL) block and hydrophilic PEG block. The terminal alkyne reacts with azide moiety in the presence of Cu catalyst or with cyclooctyne, such as DBCO or BCN to form a stable triazole bond.
