PCL(3k)-PEG(3k)-ALK is a copolymer with a polycaprolactone (PCL) hydrophobic block and a PEG hydrophilic block. The terminal alkyne reacts with azide moiety in the presence of Cu catalyst or with cyclooctyne, such as DBCO or BCN to form a stable triazole bond.
