Description

PCL(4k)-PEG(2k)-ALK is a homofunctional linear block copolymer with both hydrophobic polycaprolactone (PCL) and hydrophilic (PEG) block. The terminal alkyne reacts with azide moiety in the presence of Cu catalyst or with cyclooctyne, such as DBCO or BCN to form a stable triazole bond.
