Description
N-bis(Azido-PEG8)-N-(PEG8-t-butyl ester) is a three-arm PEG reagent that includes one t-butyl ester group and two azide groups. The t-butyl esters can be deprotected under acidic conditions. The azide moieties are capable of reacting with alkynes, BCN, and DBCO via click chemistry processes to yield stable triazole linkages.
