Description
t-Boc-N-amido-PEG10-azide is a crosslinking reagent that contains an azide group and a Boc-protected amino group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer enhances solubility in aqueous solutions. This reagent can react with alkyne, BCN, or DBCO through click chemistry to form stable triazole linkages. The Boc protecting group can be removed under mild acidic conditions to yield free amines.
