Properties
Description
t-boc-N-amido-PEG6-azide is an azide-containing crosslinking reagent featuring a Boc-protected amino group. The hydrophilic nature of the PEG spacer enhances solubility in water-based media. This reagent can participate in reactions with alkynes, BCN, or DBCO via click chemistry to yield stable triazole linkages. Furthermore, the Boc protecting group can be removed under mild acidic conditions to produce free amine.
