Properties
Description
t-Boc-N-amido-PEG3-NHS ester is a PEG linker that features an NHS ester and a t-Boc protected amine group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer enhances the solubility of compounds in aqueous solutions. Under mild acidic conditions, the t-Boc group can be removed to yield free amines. This NHS ester is suitable for labeling primary amines t-found in proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other molecules containing amino groups.
