Description
N-(Azido-PEG2)-N-Boc-PEG4-NHS ester is a reagent grade branched PEGylation reagent with a terminal NHS ester, a N-Boc protected amine, and a terminal azide. Under acidic conditions, the protected amine is deprotected. The NHS ester is used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, and other amine-containing molecules.
