Description
N-(Azido-PEG3)-N-Boc-PEG4-NHS ester is a reagent grade branched PEGylation reagent with a terminal NHS ester, a Boc protected amine (NH2), and a terminal azide group (N3). The NHS ester is used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, and other amine-containing molecules. Under acidic conditions, the protected amine is deprotected.
