Properties
Description
Azido-PEG12-acid is a monodisperse PEG molecule featuring an azide group along with a terminal carboxylic acid. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases its solubility in water-based media. Similar to previous products mentioned, this azide can react with alkyne compounds like BCN or DBCO via click chemistry methods. Furthermore, the terminal carboxylic acid can interact with primary amine groups when activated by agents such as EDC or HATU.
