Description

Azido-PEG24-acid is a long-chain, monodisperse PEG linker. The hydrophilic nature of the PEG spacer enhances solubility in water-based solutions. The azide group can participate in reactions with alkynes, BCN, and DBCO through click chemistry methods. Additionally, the terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups when activated by agents such as EDC or HATU to form stable amide bonds.
