Description
Azido-PEG8-acid serves as a water-soluble PEG linker that includes an azide and a terminal carboxylic acid. The azide group is capable of reacting throught click chemistry with alkyne compounds, BCN, or DBCO to form stable triazole linkages. Furthermore, the terminal carboxylic acid can interact with primary amines when activated by agents such as EDC or HATU to create stable amide bonds.
