Description
Azidobutanamide-tri-(carboxyethoxymethyl)-methane functions as an aqueous soluble PEG linker containing an azide group and three terminal carboxylic acid groups. Its azide moiety can react with alkyne compounds like BCN or DBCO through click chemistry processes to yield stable triazole linkages. Furthermore, the terminal carboxylic acids are capable of reacting with primary amines when activated by agents such as EDC or HATU to form stable amide bonds.
