Properties
Description
N-(Azido-PEG4)-N-bis(PEG4-acid) acts as a three-arm branched PEG linker. Its azide functionality can react with alkyne compounds including BCN and DBCO through click chemistry techniques resulting in stable triazole linkages. Moreover, the terminal carboxylic acid has the ability to interact with primary amine groups when activated by agents such as EDC or HATU, forming durable amide bonds.
