Description
pGlu(15K)-PEG(2K)-pGlu(15K) is an amphiphile block polymer comprised of PEG and synthetic polyamino acid. The pGlu has one COOH function per glutamic acid unit and a terminal azide group. The azide moiety reacts with terminal alkyne in the presence of Cu catalyst or with cyclooctyne, such as DBCO or BCN to form a stable triazole bond.
