Azide/DOTA PEG reagent, DOTA-(t-Butyl)3-PEG5-azide, Purity 95%
Synonym: DOTA-tris(t-Bu)ester-PEG5-C2-azide; tert-butyl 2-[4-[2-[2-[2-[2-[2-[2-(2-azidoethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy]ethoxy]ethoxy]ethylamino]-2-oxoethyl]-7,10-bis[2-[(2-methylpropan-2-yl)oxy]-2-oxoethyl]-1,4,7,10-tetrazacyclododec-1-yl]acetate
Properties
Description
DOTA-(t-Butyl)3-PEG5-azide contains both DOTA-(t-butyl) and azide functionalities. The DOTA-(t-butyl) component exhibits solubility in DMF and DCM solvents. Under acidic conditions, the t-butyl groups can be removed to generate free carboxylic acids. Moreover, the azide moiety is frequently utilized in copper-catalyzed click chemistry reactions involving alkynes such as DBCO and BCN.
Molecular Formula
