Properties
Description
DOTA-PEG5-azide features both DOTA and azide functionalities. DOTA acts as a chelating agent for cations, while azides are frequently utilized in copper-catalyzed click chemistry reactions with alkynes, BCN, and DBCO to form triazole linkages. The PEG linker enhances the water solubility of compounds in aqueous solutions.
