Properties
Description
Azido-PEG10-NHS ester is a monodisperse PEG linker that includes both azide and NHS ester functionalities. The hydrophilic nature of the PEG spacer enhances solubility in aqueous solutions. The azide group can engage in reactions with alkynes, BCN, and DBCO via click chemistry processes to form stable triazole linkages. Additionally, the NHS ester allows for labeling primary amines t-found in proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other molecules containing amines.
