PCL(10k)-PEG(2k)-N3 is a linear amphiphilic polymer with a PEG block and a polycaprolactone (PCL) block. The terminal alkyne reacts with azide moiety in the presence of Cu catalyst or with cyclooctyne, such as DBCO or BCN to form a stable triazole bond.
