Description
PCL(1k)-PEG(2k)-N3 is a monofunctional amphiphile polymer with hydrophobic polycaprolactone (PCL) block and hydrophilic PEG block. The azide moiety reacts with terminal alkyne in the presence of Cu catalyst or with cyclooctyne, such as DBCO or BCN to form a stable triazole bond.
