Description
PCL(5k)-PEG(2k)-N3 is a monofunctional block copolymer with hydrophobic (polycaprolactone (PCL)) block and a hydrophilic PEG block. The azide moiety reacts with terminal alkyne in the presence of Cu catalyst or with cyclooctyne, such as DBCO or BCN to form a stable triazole bond.
