Boc-protected amine/Ethoxymethyl/Propargyl PEG reagent, N-(Boc-PEG3)-N-bis-(PEG3-amino-Tri-(propargyl-PEG2-ethoxymethyl)-methane), Purity 95%
Synonym: Boc-protected amine/Ethoxymethyl/Propargyl PEG reagent; N-(Boc-PEG3)-N-bis-(PEG3-amino-Tri-(propargyl-PEG2-ethoxymethyl)-methane)
Properties
Description
N-(Boc-PEG3)-N-bis-(PEG3-amino-Tri-(propargyl-PEG2-ethoxymethyl)-methane) is a reagent grade crosslinker consisting of six propargyl groups and a t-Boc protected aminooxy group. The propargyl groups form triazole linkage with azide-bearing biomolecules or compounds via- copper-catalyzed click chemistry. The protected amine is deprotected under acidic conditions. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
