Description
N-(Mal-PEG4)-N-bis(PEG4-N-Boc) is a reagent grade trifunctional linker with a maleimide group and two Boc-protected amines. Maleimide reacts with thiol groups via a simple Michael addition. Under acidic conditions, the amines is easily deprotected to react with carboxylic acids in the presence of activators.
