DBCO-PEG- tBoc is an azide-reactive PEGylation reagent with DNCO and t-Boc groups. DBCO reacts with azide efficiently without the presence of Cu catalyst known to be highly toxic for cells. Under mildly acidic conditions, t-Boc group can be removed to yield the free amine.
