Properties
Description
PCL(5k)-PEG(3k)-COOH is a micelle-forming polymer with carboxyl terminal and PCL block. The carboxyl group and the amine react in the presence of an activator (e.g., HATU/EDC) to form an amide bond. The polycaprolactone (PCL) is biodegradable via- hydrolysis on the ester bonds.
