Properties
Description
Fmoc-PEG4-NHS ester functions similarly as another PEG linker featuring an Fmoc-protected amino group alongside an NHS ester functionality. The hydrophilic nature of its PEG spacer increases solubility when placed into aqueous media, and like before, the Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic conditions to produce free aminogroups suitable for additional conjugations involving primary amines t-from proteins or modified oligonucleotides.
