Properties
Description
Mal-PDLLA-OH is an amphiphile a poly(D,L-lactide) (PDLLA) copolymer linker containing a maleimide group and a hydroxyl group. The maleimide group reacts with a thiol group to form a covalent bond, enabling the connection of biomolecule with a thiol. The reactive hydroxyl group is used for further modification.
