Properties
Description
NH-bis(PEG8-t-butyl ester) is a reagent grade bifunctional PEG linker with a pair of t-butyl esters joined together at a secondary amine. Secondary amines is used as nucleophiles. The t-butyl esters is deprotected to react with nucleophiles such as amines or alcohols. The PEG spacer increases water solubility.
