PCL(10k)-PEG(1k)-MAL is a micelle-forming polymer containing a hydrophobic polycaprolactone (PCL) block and a hydrophilic PEG block. The maleimide moiety reacts with thio molecule via condensation reaction under pH 6.5-7.5 to generate a thiosuccinimide molecule.
