Description

Ms-PEG10-t-butyl ester is a reagent grade PEG linker with a t-butyl ester moiety and a mesyl group. The mesyl group is used for nucleophilic substitution reactions. The PEG spacer increases water solubility. Under acidic conditions, the t-butyl-protected carboxyl group is deprotected.
