Methyltetrazine-amido-N-bis(PEG4-NHS ester) is a reagent grade click chemistry PEG reagent with a methyltetrazine group and two NHS ester groups, designed for copper-free click chemistry reactions. The NHS esters is used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. The PEG spacer increases water solubility.
