Description
N-(TCO)-N-bis(PEG4-NHS ester) is a reagent grade branched click chemistry reagent with two terminal NHS esters and a terminal TCO group. This reagent reacts with tetrazine-containing molecules to form a stable covalent bond. The NHS ester is used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, and other amine-containing molecules.
